Dub Nutrition Has Arrived

By Charles Smithdeal MD

What's all the buzz about Dub Nutrition? And who is Jeremy Wardle? This question was posed to me a short while back and I decided to investigate. I had heard about a week-end fitness boot camp here in St Petersburg, Florida, and knew that it was somehow involved with Dub Nutrition, but that's all I knew.

I asked Beth Thompson, who helped set up the boot camps, "Get Fit with Pitt." Super Bowl star, Michael Pittman believes in the products and coaches people in fitness workouts at the sessions. They offer an exercise regimen for all levels of fitness.

One of the most important aspects of good health and fitness is nutrition. Jeremy Wardle was a perfect example of this about 8 years ago. In his mid-thirties, he was grossly overweight and suffering symptoms of his first heart attack. A chance meeting with a man who was to become his best friend, changed his life. This man offered to help Jeremy, and to become his workout buddy. In the course of their workouts, he piqued Jeremy's interest in nutrition. Things like high-quality protein, amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, and recovery factors for muscle tissue.

Mr. Wardle could see the difference in his own health almost immediately. By feeling his body with proper fuel and obtaining the correct amount and type of exercise, he felt better. He looked better. He studied nutrition and movement and how the body heals itself. He became a champion bodybuilder over the next few months.

Wardle and his friend delved into a study of nutritional supplements. They found that our soil has lost its nutritional elements due to over farming without replacing essential minerals, etc. Processed food and fast foods suppliers seem to have more interest in profits than in supplying what the body needs for good health.

Sadly, Jeremy Wardle's good friend passed away following complications from a routine shoulder surgery. But Wardle continues his mission. He founded Dug Nutrition, a company devoted to good health, good nutrition and proper fitness. Dub Nutrition intends to demonstrate how people can improve their lives and fitness, however long they may live.

Dub Nutrition was founded as a network marketing company. This enables its members to make money at home while improving their personal health and fitness. Such a work from home business model can easily become a top home business for many.

After watching participants at a "Get Fit with Pitt" boot camp, it's obvious that the Dub Nutrition movement is here to stay. It should expanded quickly to other countries as well. Good for you, Jeremy Wardle. And Thank you, Dub Nutrition. It's about time.
